About Olivia Batt, LL.M

Olivia is a passionate employment law professional with experience working with a diverse range of clients across all sectors, including unions and associations.

Drawn by the opportunity to enable a fairer, more productive workplace for both employees and organizations, Olivia specializes in pay equity, workplace investigation and mediation. She offers objective, rational, expertise in these sensitive areas in order to ensure all parties are heard and understood and issues are dealt with in the least disruptive way for all involved.

Olivia is a member of the Equal Pay Coalition, the Association of Workplace Investigators, and is a member of Governing Council at the University of Toronto, where she sits on the Academic Appeals Board.

Certification

Olivia obtained her Master of Laws degree from the University of Toronto, Certificate in Mediation from York University, Certificate in Labour Relations from Queen’s University and is a licensed Private Investigator in Ontario.
