Pay Equity Plan Design

Olivia simplifies achieving and maintaining Pay Equity through the development of communications plans, Terms of Reference, Job Evaluation Tools, Job Analysis Questionnaires, and finally the creation of the Pay Equity Plan. Olivia is available to evaluate jobs, chair and provide advice to rating committees and to negotiate key documents.

Pay Equity Training

Olivia provides training on Ontario's Pay Equity Act and Canada's Federal Pay Equity Act. Training is customized to the audience and may include basic to advanced job evaluation methods, key Pay Equity decisions, how to complete a Job Analysis Questionnaire and best practices when evaluating as a committee.
